My husband was a licensed builder for over 30 years. Due to health circumstances, we purchased a home from Jeff Miedema.
We absolutely love the home and details that went into every aspect. The large garage, the design/layout, how it sits on the property, everything.

I would build another house with them again and again. Katy was wonderful, professional, accountable, timely, understanding, and a great communicator.

Review for Jeff Miedema Homes – 10/10 Recommend!

Working with Jeff Miedema Homes was an overall amazing experience. Building a home was never even on our radar until we had a sit-down meeting with their team—and that conversation completely changed our minds. We quickly realized this was exactly what we wanted.

From the beginning, they were upfront, transparent, and respectful of our budget. Communication was excellent—we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process, and any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly.

A huge shoutout to Katy, who is absolutely amazing at what she does. She was instrumental in keeping everything organized and on track. Jeff and his team also delivered top-quality work, and their attention to detail was clear in every step.

Towards the end of the process, we experienced a couple of minor delays due to weather-related electrical issues, which pushed back our move-in date. At that time, Katy was out on maternity leave, and we definitely noticed the difference. Without her daily oversight, things got a little off track—our final walkthrough was disappointing, as the home wasn’t cleaned or prepped to the level we or the builder expected. It was clear Katy is the glue that holds everything together.

That said, even with those small hiccups (which are expected in any major build), our overall experience far outshined that of friends who built with other nearby companies at the same time. They paid more, received less, and dealt with poor project management. In comparison, we feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen Jeff Miedema Homes.

We often say we’d build 10 more homes with them—it was truly that good of an experience. They delivered our dream home, and we’re so grateful. If you're thinking about building, don’t hesitate—we 100% recommend Jeff Miedema Homes.

The team at Jeff Miedema homes were fantastic to work with Katy helped us customize our interior options.  She was accommodating of any requests or finding alternatives for options that may not work.  Progress during the build was updated frequently and we had multiple opportunities to check out the house in progress.  We had a tight timeline to work with for our move in and they made it happen which was a huge relief in the ever stressful process of moving. The home is fantastic and our pets love the new open space they have to lounge and play in. First, let me say that this was the best new home build experience ever. Jeff Miedema Homes has the process down to an art form and the people are fantastic. Jeff the developer is hands on and his vision is exactly what my family was looking for. From start to finish every communication was a can do attitude with each step we took. I’ve always believed that it’s the people in any project that truly brings about the best result. Jeff Miedema has a great crew. Katy Bradford is the Office Manager and she is extraordinary! Our new home was made even better because Katy has great design ideas and taste. Thank you Katy! Definitely 5 stars.
